She spent eight years at CPP Investments — one of the world’s largest institutional investors — as a Senior Talent Advisor and HR Business Partner, and before that recruited technical talent for Canada’s Big Five banks. Along the way she learned how complex organizations are really structured, how teams are built, and what makes them succeed or stall. With an Honours degree in Psychology and formal training in Human Resources, Ana understands the part of every system that technology tends to forget: the people who actually use it. That focus shapes how Syntra designs — she makes sure each system fits how real teams work, communicate, and adopt new tools, so the technology gets embraced instead of resisted. Syntra was founded by two people who spent careers watching businesses fail at the seams between their tools. We decided to fix it by design, not by accident.
Pierpaolo brings nearly two decades of telecommunications and software engineering to Syntra, built across Venezuela, Mexico, and the United States. He has lived every layer of the industry — starting hands-on in network support, then leading a 50-engineer delivery organization, running carrier programs at 98% SLA compliance with millions in cost savings, and architecting solutions for operators like AT&T and Telefónica. Today, as a Senior Software Engineer for a company serving the world’s largest telcos, he builds APIs in Java (Spring Boot) and Python, works daily with graph databases like Neo4j, and engineers the automation and orchestration pipelines that make complex systems run themselves — the very foundation Syntra is built on. That rare blend of enterprise-grade engineering, delivery leadership, and customer-facing discipline is what lets him turn a business’s scattered tools and data into an operating system dependable enough to run everything on.

How do payments and billing work?
Subscription plans (Core and Pro) are billed monthly with a one-time setup fee at the start. Bespoke systems are quoted as a fixed project price and typically split into milestone-based payments. Final pricing is confirmed after your Strategy Session, once we understand your operations.
What is included in post-sales support?
Core and Pro plans include ongoing support as part of the subscription — email support on Core, priority support on Pro. Bespoke projects include a 60-day post-launch support window, with optional ongoing support and maintenance available afterward. Every engagement includes team training and documentation at handoff.
How do you handle updates and lifecycle management?
Subscription plans receive continuous improvements and platform updates while active. For bespoke systems, we design for longevity and offer optional maintenance to keep dependencies current, apply security patches, and expand the system as your business grows.
Who owns the system and the data?
Ownership depends on the engagement. With Core and Pro, Syntra owns and operates the platform while your business data always belongs to you — and you can export it at any time. With Bespoke systems, everything is yours: the platform and the source code. You also decide who handles ongoing maintenance — Syntra, your in-house engineering team, or a third party.
What do contract terms look like?
Subscriptions start with an initial term of 6 to 12 months, depending on the level of customization and any additional integrations required. After the initial term, plans renew in shorter three-month periods, so you keep flexibility without committing to another long block. Bespoke projects are governed by a scoped agreement that defines deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Specific terms are shared privately during scoping.
How long does implementation take?
Subscription plans can be provisioned quickly once your details are confirmed. Bespoke systems depend on scope — most projects run from a few weeks to a few months, following our Discovery → Design → Integration → Deployment process. We agree on a realistic timeline before work begins.
Can you integrate with the tools we already use?
Yes. A core part of what we do is connecting existing tools — spreadsheets, CRMs, messaging channels, and more — and building custom infrastructure only where real gaps exist. We map your current stack during Discovery.
How is our data kept secure?
Systems are built with encrypted daily backups, role-based access control, and HTTPS with authenticated sessions. Deployment can be cloud or on-premises depending on your needs. We discuss specific security requirements privately as part of scoping.
